If you're coming in from out of town....

  • The closest airports to the Bolger Center are:

    • Dulles International Airport (IAD)

    • Ronald Reagan National Airport (DCA),

    • You can fly into Baltimore (BWI), it is just a little further.  

  • There are also affordable bus or train options into Washington, D.C.

HOW TO GET TO THE BOLGER CENTER

 

BY BUS:

From N.Y.C.

- Take the Greyhound Bus or something like it to Union Station in Washington D.C. (Plan on 4 hours)

- From there take the Metro Red Line toward Shady Grove to the Bethesda Metro Station. (25 minutes)

- There is a hotel shuttle, which is white and says The Bolger Center on it. It stops between the bike racks and the Metro bus signs, close to the entrance. The schedule is a follows.    

   Friday (10/11) - 5:00pm, 6:10pm, 7:45pm, 8:50pm, 9:55pm, 10:45pm.

   Saturday (10/12) and Sunday (10/13) - 10:30am, 11:35am, 1:05pm, 2:10pm, 3:15pm, 4:20pm, 5:25pm, 6:30pm.

- In case you can't make the shuttle you can get a taxi from both the Bethesda Metro Station and The Bolger Center.

- It takes about 20 minutes to get to the The Bolger Center.

BY CAR:

From N.Y.C.

Use this link: Directions to the Bolger Center, and it will take you to Google Maps and give you a sample route. New Jersey Turnpike might be best.

 

From Reagan National Airport
As you exit the airport, head North on the George Washington Parkway. Bear right to 495 North -- Frederick/Baltimore. At the 495/270 split, take 270 North. Take Exit 1 for Democracy Boulevard, turn left at the end of the ramp. The Bolger Center is on the left-hand side, approximately 2 miles.

From Dulles International Airport
Take Dulles access road (Toll Road 267) toward Washington, D.C. Take 495 North toward Frederick/Baltimore. At the 495/270 split, take 270 North. Take Exit 1 for Democracy Boulevard, turn left at the end of the ramp. The Bolger Center is on the left-hand side, approximately 2 miles. 

From Baltimore Washington International Airport
Exit the airport on 195 toward 95. Take 95 South toward Washington, D.C. Take 495 West toward Northern Virginia and Silver Spring. Exit Old Georgetown Road, turn right at the end of ramp. Turn left on Democracy Boulevard. The Bolger Center is on the left-hand side, approximately 2 miles.

Once you have arrived on property, please follow the directional signage to your destination.˜ For check ins, please go directly to the Hotel Check In Building.
